Tasks

Comprehensive, needs-based advice for customers in all credit matters
Advising clients on issues relating to pensions, insurance, retirement and taxes
Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
Collaboration in market development measures and performing representative tasks

Requirements

Completed banking training or comparable training
Experience in credit counseling (mortgage sector)
Sympathetic and winning demeanor
Able to work in a team, independently and responsibly
Customer and sales-oriented thinking
