Tasks
- You accompany the entire implementation process of efficient solutions.
- Your tasks will include
- Active advice and support for managers and specialists at all levels
- Strategic personnel development
- Participation in strategic and company-wide projects
- Conceptual and interactive communication solutions
- Establishment and further development of underlying projects
- Close cooperation with the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken specialist departments
- Successfully completed training
- Several years of professional experience in the design and implementation of processes, ideally with a focus on the value-added business
- Experience in complex projects
- Team and solution orientation
- Very good MS Office skills (at least Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Russian desired
