As a Private Banker (Executive Director) for clients from Mexico in the International Private Bank of JPMorgan Chase, you will be responsible for servicing and acquiring new clients and developing individual wealth management solutions. You will advise clients in all areas of wealth management, from investments and banking services to estate and foundation planning.

Tasks

  • Generating business results and acquiring new assets, both from the existing customer base and through new acquisitions of Mexican customers
  • Advising clients on their entire balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
  • Collaboration with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients as required
  • Understanding clients' goals and objectives to develop and implement an investment plan for their entire balance sheet, including holistic asset allocation, investment management, portfolio construction and tactical asset allocation shifts, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
  • Ensuring that proposed solutions meet clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic, goal-oriented planning approach
  • Strict compliance with all risk and control guidelines, regulatory guidelines and safety measures
  • Collaborate with other client advisors in the team to maximize team strength and achieve the team goal

Requirements

Required qualifications, skills and knowledge

  • Significant private banking experience working with ultra-high net worth individuals from Mexico
  • Previous business development experience, particularly in approaching Mexican clients, with knowledge of profiling, negotiating and proactively requesting referrals
  • Dynamic and credible professional who communicates clearly and has exceptional presentation skills
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach to his business
  • Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, banking and fiduciary concepts including but not limited to: Asset allocation in structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions, basic trust and estate products, and identification of wealth planning opportunities
  • Strong reputation with an established network in Mexico
  • Fluent in Spanish and English

Preferred qualifications, skills and knowledge

  • Experience in asset allocation / multi-asset class portfolio or sales experience is an advantage
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus
