Private Banker, Saudi Market, Executive Director

Tasks

• Prospect and acquire new customers in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Be responsible for the sale and implementation of investment, banking, and trust/estate planning products for key clients.
• Leverage and coordinate specialists (investors, capital advisors, trust and estate advisors, and wealth managers) to provide our most sophisticated clients with a comprehensive wealth management service.
• Build trust with customers and manage relationships effectively.
• Make sure that the products and services you recommend best meet the needs and goals of your customers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in private banking with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Previous experience in business development.
• Performance-oriented and focused on business objectives, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven sales success, including: prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, a team-based approach, closing sales, and requesting referrals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

Further requirements

• Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, banking, and trust concepts, including but not limited to: asset allocation, structured products, managed portfolios, deposit and credit solutions, basic trust and estate planning products, and the identification of wealth planning opportunities.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, including regulatory and technological changes.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
