What you can expect

• It is responsible for helping a team of customer service representatives in the sales-oriented retail and private customer sector to develop their skills and support both existing and new customers.
• With your empathetic personality, you’ll win over customers and earn their trust.
• Empathy is essential for collaborative counseling.
• The goal is to assess market trends and attract new business and new customers for AKB.
• You primarily advise your clients on their specific needs (asset allocation, retirement planning, investment advice) as well as on financing options, taking into account their risk tolerance and willingness to take on risk.
• Together with experts—such as our clients—we develop perspectives focused on financial, retirement, and estate planning.
• You will take on responsibilities in the market and represent AKB as a customer service representative.
• You know that you’re always on the go, and every day your positive energy helps create a good atmosphere and culture.

What you bring with you

• You have acquired this professional qualification in banking through on-the-job training or a university degree program (Bachelor’s/BSc I/II).
• You have several years of experience in customer service, ideally in retail and private banking (entry-level / first job / Level 1)
• We are looking for someone with a strong customer-oriented mindset who can effectively apply this skill in a consulting role.
• Teamwork is just as important to you as working independently and focusing on results.
• You’ll already be off to a great start if you maintain active, personal communication with our customers and support them.
• Ideally, you are already well established in the Olten/Solothurn region and have built up a strong network of contacts.
