- Independent and personalized advice and support for existing clients, as well as opening accounts for new clients in the Private Clients segment (markets: Liechtenstein, Germany, Switzerland).

Your profile

• Completed banking training, ideally supplemented by specialized further education (e.g., certified banking professional)
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
• Experience in managing cross-border client relationships and knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML, etc.), as well as market-specific expertise in the securities, foreign exchange, and derivatives sectors
• A service-oriented, reliable individual with a strong customer focus who remains calm even in challenging situations
• Awareness of further development, resilience, conscientious behavior, and a high degree of initiative
• High level of social, communication, and consulting skills
• Stylish command of German and English
