Tasks

• Advise and assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in the preparation of account opening and review files to facilitate the account opening/review process
• Analysis of onboarding files and file reviews prior to submission to the compliance department
• Perform ex-ante controls with a focus on internal processes and regulatory issues, in line with the PB control plan
• Monitoring the tracking and correction of operational alerts
• Tracking feedback from the compliance department
• Carrying out additional or ad-hoc checks as required

Supporting tasks

• Support in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of PB control and risk management activities
• Support with PB risk assessments in coordination with the second line of defense

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or law
• Understanding the private banking business
• Good knowledge of financial products
• KVC/AML expertise in private banking
• Understanding of risk management processes and practices
• Financial analysis and performance
• Banking and financial regulation (e.g. AIFMD, UCITS, MiFID)
• Knowledge of internal audit practices
