Job description
Successful candidates will play a proactive role in analyzing and executing various investment opportunities, as well as in investor relations and the ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies.Tasks
The tasks include:- Financial Analysis and Modeling: Developing financial models to support investment decisions, including the creation of valuation models, sensitivity analyses, and forecasts.
- Deal Execution: Conducting market research, industry analysis, and supporting transaction processes.
- Portfolio support: Monitoring the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies and preparing regular reports.
- Investor Relations and Fundraising: Support in preparing investor materials and ongoing reporting, as well as other strategic initiatives.
Requirements
The requirements are:- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial and market databases (SABI, Refinitiv/Eikon, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and FactSet).
- Commitment, drive, and the ability to take the initiative.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
- Immediate availability.
