Private Equity Analyst

Job description

Successful candidates will play a proactive role in analyzing and executing various investment opportunities, as well as in maintaining investor relationships and monitoring portfolio companies on an ongoing basis.

Tasks

The tasks include:

• Financial Analysis and Modeling: Developing financial models to support investment decisions, including the creation of valuation models, sensitivity analyses, and forecasts.
• Execution of transactions: Conducting market research, industry analysis, and supporting transaction processes.
• Monitoring of portfolio companies: Tracking the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies and preparing regular reports.
• Investor Relations and Fundraising: Assistance with the preparation of investor materials and ongoing reporting, as well as other strategic initiatives.

Requirements

The requirements are:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial and market databases (SABI, Refinitiv/Eikon, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and FactSet).
• Commitment, drive, and the ability to take the initiative.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
• Immediate availability.
