Private Equity Analyst
Alantra is seeking a Private Equity Analyst with 2–4 years of experience for its Madrid office, who will focus on financial modeling, investment analysis, and monitoring portfolio companies. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of private equity, investment banking, or strategic consulting, as well as excellent English skills.
Role Description
- Successful candidates will play a proactive role in identifying and executing various investment opportunities, as well as in managing investor relationships and monitoring portfolio companies on an ongoing basis.
- Financial analysis and modeling: Develop financial models to support investment decisions. This responsibility is at the heart of our business.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in private equity, strategic consulting, investment banking, or transaction advisory services (TAS).
- Excellent English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
- Experience in sector analysis, financial analysis, valuations, business plans, and investment presentations and reports.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and financial and market databases (SABI, Refinitiv/Eikon, Bloomberg, Dealogic, and FactSet).
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Available immediately.
