Private Equity Analyst
A Private Equity Analyst supports the investment team in analyzing private markets, managing investments and preparing reports. The analyst works closely with the portfolio manager and takes on tasks in all phases of the investment process.

Tasks
- Review, selection and tracking of incoming investment opportunities while maintaining the investment database (pipeline management)
- Supporting the investment team in the search for deals in specific regions
- Support in due diligence processes for co-investments, fund investments and secondaries, including qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Support in the preparation of various investment due diligence reports and investor memoranda
- Conducting market and industry research and thematic analysis to identify attractive sectors and opportunities, including value chain analysis
- Creation and maintenance of financial models and implementation of Excel-based analyses to support investment decisions
- Assistance in the monitoring and management of portfolio companies and fund positions
- Preparation of materials for the Investment Committee
- Creation of pitchbooks
- Draft quarterly reports with comprehensive operational and valuation reports
Requirements
- Master's degree from a leading university in economics, finance, business administration
- Strong analytical, financial modeling and business planning skills with attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Extensive experience in the creation of high-quality presentations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
