Tasks

• Review, selection and tracking of incoming investment opportunities while maintaining the investment database (pipeline management)
• Supporting the investment team in the search for deals in specific regions
• Support in due diligence processes for co-investments, fund investments and secondaries, including qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Support in the preparation of various investment due diligence reports and investor memoranda
• Conducting market and industry research and thematic analysis to identify attractive sectors and opportunities, including value chain analysis
• Creation and maintenance of financial models and implementation of Excel-based analyses to support investment decisions
• Assistance in the monitoring and management of portfolio companies and fund positions
• Preparation of materials for the Investment Committee
• Creation of pitchbooks
• Draft quarterly reports with comprehensive operational and valuation reports

Requirements

• Master's degree from a leading university in economics, finance, business administration
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and business planning skills with attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Extensive experience in the creation of high-quality presentations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
