Private Equity Analyst Program - Co-Investment Team

Job description

The LGT Capital Partners Private Equity Analyst Program in the Co-Investment Team is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to embark on an exciting career with a leading specialist in alternative investments in private markets.

Tasks

• Assistance with transactions and geographic areas in key sectors: Corporate investments, equity recaps and non-core financings
• Develop the following core investment skills:
  • Carry out extensive financial, market and company-related due diligence
  • Prepare investment memoranda, including detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis
  • Active participation in investment committee and team meetings
  • Attend management and board meetings and participate in site visits
  • Proactively identify attractive investment opportunities
  • Monitor the performance of portfolio investments

Requirements

• Excellent academic qualifications from a leading university at Bachelor's or Master's level in business administration, economics, finance or similar fields
• Previous internship experience in finance, investment banking, private equity is an advantage
• Solid understanding of financial statements and fundamental business analysis
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team, with excellent written and verbal English skills - other languages are an advantage
• Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, with curiosity and good organizational skills
