Job description
- Set-up of investment funds and managed accounts (relating to open and closed-end private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate funds, mutual funds or separately managed accounts typically domiciled in Luxembourg, Ireland, Delaware, Cayman Islands, etc.), including general project management, fund structuring, drafting fund documentation and negotiating terms and conditions with potential investors in cooperation with external tax and legal advisors;
- The job can be based either in the offices in Pfäffikon (SZ), Dublin or London.

- Good communication skills and a strong ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and manage complex projects with a large number of stakeholders;
- Self-motivated, proactive, efficient team player with an independent working style, focused on pragmatic solutions with sufficient attention to detail and a strong customer focus at all times.
