Job description

• Establishment of investment funds and managed accounts (relating to open and closed-end private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate funds, mutual funds or separately managed accounts)

Requirements

• Law degree from a top university, LLM or training in business administration is a plus;
• 5+ years of professional experience in a fund set-up role in the financial industry or in a law firm with a focus on private markets products, a basic understanding of tax matters related to investments is a plus;
• English at a professional level (including strong legal writing skills);
• Good communication skills and a strong ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and manage complex projects with a large number of stakeholders;
• Self-motivated, proactive, efficient team player with an independent working style, focused on pragmatic solutions with sufficient attention to detail and a strong customer focus at all times.
