About the Department

• 1.1 billion euros invested in 94 acquisitions, including 70 add-ons
• 13 portfolio companies

Tasks

• The successful candidate will play a leadership role throughout the entire investment cycle, from sourcing to exit.
• Background and Responsibilities: Evaluating investment opportunities and leading financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and financing.
• Investment Committee: Preparing and presenting investment recommendations and materials.
• Portfolio Management: Collaborating with management teams and boards to develop strategies and promote strategic and operational value-creation initiatives.
• Exit Execution: Support for the preparation and execution of exits for portfolio companies.
• Fundraising: Support with fundraising, investor relations, and fund reporting.

Requirements

• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and structuring. Experience working with portfolio companies and management teams.
• Excellent leadership, judgment, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant financial databases. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a keen eye for detail.
