Private Markets Analyst Program - Private Credit Solutions TeamOverview
- Location: Pfäffikon, Switzerland
- Working hours: Full-time
- Anticipated start date: July 1, 2026
- Program structure: 2-year full-time employment with the possibility to continue working as an associate
Tasks
- Support and take responsibility in the private credit investment process, including:
- Sourcing, screening, due diligence, execution and monitoring of private credit co-investments
- Secondary transactions of limited partner interests in private credit funds
- Fund selection
- Coverage of the investment universe, including:
- Regular interaction with various counterparties such as private credit managers and intermediaries
- Sector analysis and research
- Support and improvement of credit analysis and modeling, transaction valuation and execution
- Support in the preparation of documentation for the Investment Committee and client presentations
- Monitoring and analyzing existing private credit investments and market trends, including regular maintenance and development of internal databases
- Supporting the overall private credit investment team and contributing to the overall development of the multi-manager private credit practice
Requirements
- Excellent academic qualifications from a leading university at Bachelor's or Master's level in business administration, economics, finance, financial engineering, accounting or a similar subject
- Interest in investments and willingness to learn
- Solid understanding of financial statements and fundamental business analysis
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw conclusions, supported by modeling skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team, with excellent written and verbal English skills - other languages are a plus
- Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, with curiosity and good organizational skills
