Tasks

• Le Responsable Operations Des Marchés Privés assure en gestion de proximité des activités de back-office des marchés financiers, au service des des desks, à l'appui des métiers, des fonctions de contrôle et de gestion des risques.

Tâches and responsibilities

• 1. management of back-office operations in front office markets
  • Supervise the process of confirmation, denouement, evaluation, risk management and treatment of operations on the financial markets.
  • Assurer la fiabilization des données pour garantir l'exactitude des données alimentant les systèmes applicatifs.
• 2. supervision of the shareholders and the communicants
  • Encadrer, animer et motiviver une équipe de Back-Office
• 3. pilotage et organization
  • Contribute to the good tenure of the process of the function and to the continued training of the collaborators
• 4. reporting and analysis
  • Accomplish the reporting and analyze the efficiency of the operational processes
• 5. support to the métiers et transverses teams
  • Ensure the assembly of the skills of the teams on the subjects of the product range and contribute to the continued training of the employees.
• 6 Accompagnement et Développement de l'Industrialization des marchés Privés
  • Participate in and pilot process industrialization projects and monitor the adaptation of technologies.

Requirements

Compétences essentielles

• Français and anglais courant
• Bon niveau d'anglais
• Level Habilitation AMF
• Connaissance de l'organization et des processus de l'équipe
