Private Markets Portfolio Manager (M/F)
The Private Markets Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing private markets portfolios and developing new products, with the goal of optimizing asset management for wealth management clients. The position requires experience in asset management, particularly in the area of private assets, as well as expertise in financial analysis and cash management.

Will offers a wide range of LECTS and AIF investment products in various jurisdictions, including France, Switzerland, Monaco, and Luxembourg. Through its management company, CA Indosuez Fund Solutions, WM provides an effective solution for the sustainable management of Luxembourg investment funds for its wealth management clients. Indosuez Wealth Management has over 20 years of experience in alternative investments and has built a strong and recognized private markets platform with nearly €7.5 billion in assets under management. Through private equity, real estate, and infrastructure, the alternative platform has over 100 closed-end and partially liquid sub-funds. - Initiate and coordinate new product launches; - Determine key terms and investment policies for new products; - Design and manage the performance of private markets vehicles; - Prepare for and participate in investment committees; - Create portfolio structures based on advisors’ recommendations; - Define and monitor the asset allocation and performance of the funds; - Manage the rebalancing of existing assets and optimize cash management;Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bac + 5 / M2 or higher - Education / Specialization: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking/Finance; - Minimum experience: 2–3 years - Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience as a portfolio manager for private asset funds (primary, secondary, and co-investment), preferably in a wealth asset management environment;Compétences recherchées
- Very good knowledge of key performance indicators (EBITDA, etc.); - Experience in cash management and optimization; - Ability to analyze due diligence reports; - Good knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry; - Familiarity with performance fee/waterfall models; - Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and multitasking skills are crucial for success;Langues
