Private Markets Portfolio Manager (M/F)
The Private Markets Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing private markets portfolios and developing new products, including coordinating product launches, monitoring asset allocations, and managing assets. The position requires at least 4–6 years of experience as a portfolio manager for private asset funds and a strong understanding of companies and financial markets.

The position offers a wide range of ECTS and AIF investment products in various jurisdictions, including France, Switzerland, Monaco, and Luxembourg. The following responsibilities will be assigned:- Initiating and coordinating new product launches
- Establishing the key terms and investment policies for new products
- Tracking and Managing the Performance of Private Markets Vehicles
- Preparation for and Participation in Investment Committees
- Determining the portfolio composition based on the advisors' recommendations
- Defining and Monitoring Asset Allocation and Fund Performance
- Asset Management and Maximizing Cash Management
Requirements
The following requirements apply to this position:- At least a bachelor's or master's degree in banking or finance
- 2–3 years of minimum professional experience, ideally 4–6 years of experience as a portfolio manager for private asset funds (primary, secondary, and co-investment) in a wealth asset management environment
- Very good knowledge of key corporate performance indicators (EBITDA, etc.)
- Experience in cash management and optimization
- Ability to analyze due diligence reports
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry
- Familiarity with performance fees/waterfall models
- Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to multitask are crucial to success
