Private Markets Product Specialist
EFG International is seeking a Senior Private Markets Product Specialist to drive innovation in the private markets sector in Asia and play a key role in the company’s development. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in sales and/or distribution within the private markets sector and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.

We are looking for a Senior Private Markets Product Specialist to drive innovation in the region as part of our global network. - Responsible for leading a strategic and hands-on sales initiative across our private markets solutions, with a focus on EFG’s in-house program and product portfolio of perpetual/perpetual green funds
- Collaborate with Client Relationship Officers (CROs), Investment Counsellors (ICs), and their clients to increase the overall allocation to the asset class
- Responsible for creating concise and tailored marketing content for in-person and written presentations, both internally and for our global client base
- Promoting the continuous development of our private markets franchise by identifying customer requirements and trends in order to shape our future product offerings
- Developing educational initiatives to promote learning excellence and influence various stakeholder groups within EFG
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales and/or business development within the private markets industry, preferably with a focus on global private wealth clients
- For a management position: 10+ years of relevant professional experience required
- An ambitious and self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, high-performance environment while maintaining a "can-do" attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an enthusiastic, flexible, and hands-on approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with knowledge of English and Mandarin (Cantonese is an advantage)
- Master's degree in finance or similar and additional professional qualifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create concise, customer-focused marketing materials
