Personal Banker

UBS is seeking a Private Client Advisor (80–100%) for its branches in Alstetten, Heerbrugg, and Heiden to advise clients on topics such as retirement planning and investments and assist them in navigating the digital world. The ideal candidate values personal interaction, has a basic understanding of banking, and is comfortable with digital technology.

The role

Tasks

These are your core tasks:
  • In the office, you represent UBS, greet clients warmly and take on the role of host.
  • You will advise customers on the topics of pensions and investments and develop your specialist knowledge in these areas.
  • And finally, you will get customers excited about the digital world and help them to use e-banking, mobile banking or TWINT.
