Migros Bank is seeking a Retail Client Advisor (80–100%) with 2–3 years of professional experience and advanced vocational training to provide client advisory services in Zurich. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of banking and to develop customized solutions for clients.
Tasks
- Contributing to the Future of Customer Service and the Digital Transformation of Banking
- Handling the associated tasks with enthusiasm
- Identifying customer needs and taking on the expanded roles of banks
- Managing customer relationships involving diverse requirements and complex, varied situations, as well as long-term customer needs
- Strong collaboration with advisors in the areas of investments, finance, and retirement planning, based on your experience in client consulting
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience
- Higher-level vocational training, such as banking instructor (BPZ)
- German (independent)
- Passionate and proactive
