- Responding to customer needs together with financial advisors
- Development and long-term maintenance of customer relationships
- Experience in the successful acquisition of new customers
- Identifying customer needs and enthusiasm for suitable financial solutions
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service in retail banking
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) in the banking sector
- Business fluent German
- English skills are an advantage
