Tasks
- Financing and retirement planning: Working with our financing and retirement planning experts to meet customer needs
- Your team: Working together to develop and expand team-based customer service
- Actively develop customer relationships and maintain them over the long term
- Experience in the successful acquisition of new customers and an open, outgoing personality
- Identify customer needs and inspire customers with the right financial solutions
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service in retail banking
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in banking
- German (business fluent), English (advantageous)
- Experience in advising private clients and good specialist knowledge in the areas of investments, financing and pensions
