Migros Bank is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor (60% full-time position) for its branch in Zug to advise and represent clients and contribute to the further development of core business. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in retail banking, has completed a vocational apprenticeship, and is fluent in German.
Tasks
Are you ready to delight customers? Your responsibilities will include:- You will advise and represent our clients through proactive cross-selling, both in person and in writing, as well as over the phone, across all business areas
- You will handle deposits and withdrawals from potential customers across all core areas
- By actively reaching out to customers, you play a key role in helping our existing customers grow their business
Requirements
What you bring to the table:- 1–2 years of retail banking experience
- Completed apprenticeship (EFZ)
- German (business fluent)
