Tasks

• Provision of simple advisory services (basic advice with basic solutions, simple investment advice) for free and tied assets (gel) as well as processing client concerns and clients with potential for a higher segment and arranging appointments with suitable advisors
• Collaboration in the administration, the bank trustee of the investment advisors, the bank trustee and their smooth operation as well as the bank's internal accounts with liquidity in CHF and foreign currencies, etc.
• Developing needs-based solutions for the segment-specific range of products and services (PKB segment)
• Empowerment and activation of customers (e.g. through digital offerings, "digital coach")
• Collaboration in market development measures, in particular contact campaigns
• Active expansion and further development of existing customers and targeted acquisition of new customers

Requirements

• Good knowledge of banking products in the areas of savings, payments, investments and pensions
• a confident and winning manner in dealing with our customers
• Distinct customer and sales-oriented thinking and acting
