Tasks

• Provision of simple advisory services (basic advice with basic solutions, simple investment advice) for free and tied assets as well as advice for private clients and clients with potential for a higher segment and appointment placement with suitable advisors
• Assistance in providing the cash desk, cash dispensers, the bank vault and their smooth operation as well as the bank's internal accounts with liquidity in CHF and foreign currencies, etc.
• Developing needs-based solution concepts as part of the segment-specific product and service offering (PKB segment)
• Empowering and activating customers to use digital services (eDigital Coach)
• Collaboration on market development measures, in particular campaigns
• Active expansion and further development of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers

Requirements

• Good knowledge of banking products in the areas of savings, payments, investments and pensions
