Tasks

• Operating the cash counter, filling ATMs, organizing cash orders
• Competent and comprehensive advice for our private customers in the basic products of payments, savings, investments and pensions
• Processing payment orders and forwarding customers to the responsible specialist advisor
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
• Development and management of own client portfolio
• Collaboration in target group-specific marketing relationship measures, in particular contact campaigns

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of figures, saving, investing and retirement planning
• Good communication skills and a professional and confident demeanor
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
