Tasks
- Comprehensive support for our private clients in the areas of savings, payments, investments and pensions
- Support and expansion of own customer portfolio
- Proactive contact to identify and exploit customer potential
- Development of individual solutions taking into account the life situation and needs of our customers
- Supporting and serving customers at cashless counters and in the vending machine zone
- Collaboration in target group-specific marketing and contact campaigns
Requirements
- Completed banking training or experience in banking
- Good knowledge of banking products in the areas of savings, payments, investments and pensions
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, initiative, winning demeanor
- Enjoy active customer contact and a pronounced customer orientation
- Empathy, strong communication skills and team spirit
