Tasks

• You recognize and exploit the potential of existing and potential customers.
• You acquire new customers with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• In order to optimize service quality, you use the marketing and sales information system for customer support.
• You establish and maintain a relationship of trust with customers and provide constructive support for the business relationship (anticipating customer expectations).
• You proactively support customers after they have submitted a quote/information request or after personal contact.
• You keep yourself informed about changes to internal and external guidelines.
• You monitor customer relationships, particularly with regard to compliance with legal provisions, money laundering regulations, and from a risk control perspective.

Requirements

• You have commercial training and proven experience in banking and managing a customer portfolio.
• You have good sales skills, especially when it comes to the service and product packages available to your customers.
• You are a pragmatic, proactive, transparent, and constructive person with good social skills.
• You have good analytical skills and are used to working independently.
• You have a strong sense of initiative.
