- Comprehensive and needs-based advice for private and HR clients in the areas of finance, investments, pensions and retirement planning
- Responsibility for the fulfillment of the personal client portfolio, including timely correspondence
- Identification and exploitation of customer potential through targeted consulting and sales measures
- Participation in customer events to promote customer loyalty and acquisition
Requirements
- Completed banking training in banking or a comparable qualification in finance
- Further training in banking or finance
- Several years of experience in advising private clients (bank)
- Sound specialist knowledge in the areas of finance, investments and pensions
- Language skills in German and French
- Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Convincing communication and sales skills
