Tasks
- Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support of the personal customer base
- Guarantee of competent advice on financing (housing) and comprehensive support in the areas of investment and pensions
- Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
- Participation in target group-specific marketing activities such as contact campaigns, promotions and representative tasks
- Possibility of taking over team leadership
Requirements
- Completed banking training or comparable training
- Higher specialist training is an advantage, e.g. HF Banking, FH in Business Administration or Swiss Certified Financial Planner; comparable qualifications are also welcome
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Local anchoring in the region and establishment of network contacts or willingness to do so
