Private Client Advisor Individual (f/m/d)
Raiffeisenbank Appenzellerland is seeking an open-minded and service-oriented individual to serve as a Private Client Advisor (Individual) (m/f/d) for an 80–100% position in Heerbrugg. The role involves providing support to private clients, conducting sales activities, and analyzing individual client needs.
Tasks
- Education and Training
- Income and compensation periods of the client, sorted simply by exceptional relevance
- Providing support to the customer in the event of unforeseen situations or difficulties
- Making adjustments and, if necessary, filing a complaint through the Consumer Protection Agency
- Building a positive customer relationship through targeted sales activities
- Focus on relevant customers and prospects (onboarding, testing, support, information, customer retention) and collecting the necessary customer-related information to meet their needs
- Developing the product portfolio by analyzing individual customer needs and utilizing appropriate marketing and sales tools
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination of relevant tasks
