Tasks
- Comprehensive, needs-based advice for customers on all economic issues (focus on mortgages)
- Advising customers on issues relating to pensions, insurance and financing
- Recognizing and handling customer interest through active and continuous support of the customer potential
- Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
- Collaboration in market assessment measures and performing representative tasks
Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Advanced course in finance
- Several years of experience in advising mortgage clients
- Customer and process-oriented thinking
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, integrity and strong comprehension skills
