Tasks
- Comprehensive, needs-based advice for customers on all credit and financing issues (mortgages)
- Customer support in matters relating to pensions, insurance and financing
- Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
- Expansion of existing customer and volume business with a large acquisition of new customers
- Collaboration in market promotion measures and company-wide fulfillment of representative tasks
Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Further training in finance
- Several years of experience in advising private clients
- Customer and sales-oriented service
- Good comprehension skills, flexibility, initiative and a positive attitude
