Private Client Advisor
Migros Bank is seeking a Private Client Advisor (80–100%) for a permanent position, where you will help shape the future of client advisory services and the digital transformation of banking. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in private client advisory within retail banking and possesses in-depth expertise in investments, financing, and retirement planning.
Tasks
In the core areas of investments, financing, and pensions:- Together with your team, you will take care of the financial well-being of our customers.
- Together with our financial planning experts, you will respond to customer needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service in retail banking
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) Bank
- German (business fluent)
- In-depth expertise in the areas of investments, financing, and retirement planning
- Flair for actively building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Experience in the successful acquisition of new customers
- Flair and pleasure in recognizing customer needs and inspiring them with suitable financial solutions
