Personal Banking Advisor (m/f)

Tasks

• You will manage the customer service counter independently and handle all cash-related tasks—including all aspects of cash handling
• You will provide our retail customers with expert and comprehensive advice at the teller window on accounts, investments, retirement planning, payment transactions, and cards
• You will welcome our clients and work closely with your colleagues in investment and financial advisory
• You will be responsible for maintaining and providing technical support for the equipment (ATMs, single-payment terminals, currency exchange machines).
• You'll assist the bank with sales campaigns and events
• You will also handle various administrative tasks

Requirements

• Completed business training in banking is a plus
• Excellent German language skills (C2 level/native speaker); knowledge of any additional languages is a plus
• Experience in direct customer contact
• An independent, customer-focused, and meticulous approach to work
