Personal Banking Advisor (m/f)
Glarner Kantonalbank is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor (70%) for its Näfels branch to provide expert advice to private clients at the teller window and to manage the bank’s ATMs. The ideal candidate has completed a business training program, has excellent German language skills, and has experience in direct customer contact.
Tasks
- You will provide our retail customers with expert and comprehensive advice at the teller window on accounts, investments, retirement planning, payment transactions, and cards
- You will welcome our clients and work closely with your colleagues in investment and financial advisory
- You will be responsible for maintaining and managing the equipment (ATMs, individual payment terminals, currency exchange machines), including on-call duties.
- You'll assist the bank with sales campaigns and events
- You will also handle various administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed business training
- Excellent German language skills (bank-level proficiency is a plus)
- Experience in direct customer contact
