Glarner Kantonalbank is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor (m/f) for its branch in Netstal to assist customers at the teller window, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to a collaborative team. Tasks
- Expert and comprehensive advice for our retail customers at the teller window (accounts, savings, payment transactions, cards)
- Receiving customers
- ATM maintenance
- Customer support tasks in the customer portal on behalf of the store manager
- Handling general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed business training (banking experience preferred)
- Enjoy direct customer contact
- A friendly, open-minded, down-to-earth, and team-oriented person who is highly reliable
