Personal Banking Advisor (m/f)
Glarner Kantonalbank is seeking a personal banking advisor (m/f) for its branch in Netstal to assist customers at the teller window and handle administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have completed commercial training and enjoy working directly with customers.
Tasks
- Expert and comprehensive advice for our retail customers at the teller window (accounts, savings, payment transactions, cards)
- Receiving customers
- ATM maintenance
- Customer support tasks in the customer portal on behalf of the store manager
- Handling general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed business training (banking experience preferred)
- Enjoy direct customer contact
