Tasks

- You accurately identify the diverse needs of our customers and provide them with expert advice. - After a comprehensive training period, you will manage and process your own customer portfolio with a focus on mortgage customers. - You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and precisely target new customers. - You also rely on innovative tools and apps in your consulting work. In this way, you take customers with you on our journey into the future: you encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

- Commercial training, ideally high school diploma - At least 3 years of experience as a customer advisor - Knowledge and experience in the credit business - Sound understanding of investment and financial products - Enjoy working with people, social and professional demeanor - Passion for sales and high level of service and consulting skills - Committed to success - Very good German and English skills
