The role

We are looking for a colleague who has a flair for customer concerns, feels comfortable in the digital world and can take on the following tasks:

• You will manage and process your own client portfolio with investment and/or mortgage clients.
• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You actively approach your customers and create customer proximity, which enables you to exploit further potential.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps for your advice. In this way, you take customers on our journey into the future: You encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally in the financial services sector
• Knowledge of the local market and products
• Sound understanding of investment and pensions
• Enjoy dealing with people
• Passion for sales and high service orientation
• Dedicated commitment to success
• Fluent German and good knowledge of English
