The role

Tasks

And these are your core tasks:

• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• After a comprehensive training period, you will manage and handle your own portfolio of investment and mortgage clients.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• They encourage customers to use our digital products and provide support to help them do so.

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally in the financial sector
• Knowledge and experience in customer service
• A solid understanding of accounting
• Enjoy working with people, reliability, and professionalism
• Passion for sales and high service orientation
• Committed to the success of the company
• Very good knowledge of German and English
