Private Client Advisor / Relationship Management

The role

Do you have a proactive, outgoing personality and do you thrive on advising customers using the latest technologies? Then get in touch with us. We are looking for a colleague who has a flair for customer concerns, feels comfortable in the digital world and can take on the following tasks:

• You will manage and process your own client portfolio of investment and/or mortgage clients.
• You accurately identify the diverse needs of our customers and provide them with expert advice.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You actively approach your customers and create customer proximity, which enables you to exploit further potential.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps. This is how you take customers with you on our journey into the future: you encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

What we wish for

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

• Business training, ideally with knowledge of the local market and finance
• In-depth understanding of stocks
• Enjoy dealing with people
• Passion for sales and high service orientation
• Dedicated commitment to success
• Fluent German and good knowledge of English
