The role

We are looking for a colleague who has a flair for customer concerns and feels comfortable in the digital world.

Core tasks

• After a comprehensive induction period, you will manage and process your own client portfolio, including investment and mortgage clients.
• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps for your advice. In this way, you take customers with you on our journey into the future: You encourage them to use our digital offerings.

What we wish for

• Commercial training, ideally with a vocational baccalaureate
• Sound understanding of equities and derivative financial products
• Knowledge of the local market in terms of products and services
• Enjoy dealing with people, service orientation and professional charisma
• Passion for sales and high service orientation
• Committed to the success of UBS
• Fluent German, good knowledge of English
