The role

Tasks

The core responsibilities include:

• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• After a comprehensive induction period, you will manage and process your own client portfolio of investment and mortgage clients.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• They encourage customers to use our digital products and provide support to help them do so.

Requirements

We would like to see:

• Business training, ideally with knowledge and experience in investment and asset management
• A solid understanding of the financial services sector
• Enjoy working with people, a passion for sales, and a commitment to high-quality service
• Committed to the success of the company
• Very good knowledge of German and English
