Tasks

The core responsibilities include:

• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps for your advice. In this way, you take customers on our journey into the future: You encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

We would like to see:

• Business training, ideally a business degree
• Knowledge and experience in customer service and sales
• In-depth understanding of IT
• Enjoy working with people, a passion for sales, and strong customer service and consulting skills
• Committed to the success of our team
• Excellent knowledge of German, Italian, and English
