Personal Banking Advisor / Relationship Manager

The role

Tasks

And these are your core tasks:

• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• After a comprehensive training period, you will manage and serve your own client portfolio, which includes investment and mortgage clients.
• You have a keen sense for optimal solutions. This enables you to secure long-term customer relationships and score points with new customers.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps for your advice. In this way, you take customers on our journey into the future: You encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

• Business training, ideally.
• Knowledge and experience in customer service.
• A solid understanding of investments and finance.
• Ideally, you enjoy working with people.
• A passion for sales and a strong commitment to customer service.
• A dedicated commitment to success.
• Excellent knowledge of German and English.
