The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking an experienced manager with a business background and banking experience to lead and develop the private client advisory team. The position involves managing the team, providing client support, and overseeing sales activities.
Tasks
- Your role involves providing professional and managerial leadership to the private client advisory team and driving its development. - You will mentor and coach the advisors. - You will manage sales activities and drive the acquisition of new clients. - You will manage your own private client portfolio and identify the potential of existing and prospective clients. - You will build and maintain a relationship of trust with clients and proactively support them. - You will implement and comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.Requirements
