The role

Tasks

Your main responsibilities are:

• They understand the diverse needs of our customers precisely and advise them competently.
• After a comprehensive training period, you will manage and process your own portfolio of investment and mortgage accounts.
• You have a keen sense for finding the best solutions. This ensures that customer relationships are built on a long-term basis and are precisely tailored to new customers.
• You also rely on innovative tools and apps in your consulting work. This is how you take your customers with you on our journey into the future: you encourage them to use our digital products and support them in doing so.

Requirements

We would like to see:

• Business training, ideally with knowledge and experience in finance and administration
• Solid understanding of administration
• Enjoy dealing with people, confident and professional demeanor
• A passion for sales and a strong commitment to service—dedicated to our customers’ success
• Very good knowledge of German and English
